Debi Benedetti assists executives in the hospitality and foodservice industry achieve full potential. With her aid, clients explore unrealized goals, gain clarity, and create personal strategic plans to bring their performance to the next level.
Benedetti has led several RTS client management teams through similar goal-setting and visioning exercises.
As a founding corporate officer of Bon Appetit Management Company, a contract feeder, Benedetti herself experienced the challenge of growing as an executive. During a career that spans 30 years, she has held various management positions in Saga and Marriott Corporations, where her list of clients included Oracle, HP, Stanford University, University of Pennsylvania, The Getty Center and Pac Bell Park.
Benedetti foodservice expertise won her an IFMA Silver Plate Award and has led to appointments as adjunct professor at the Culinary Institute of America, Conrad Hilton Distinguished Lecturer at San Diego State University, and Conti Professor at Penn State University. She is also an Advisory Board member at UNLV’s Harrah’s College of Hotel Administration.
In addition, she was named Woman of the Year in 2000 by the Roundtable for Women in Foodservice and received the lifetime achievement award from Society of Foodservice Management in 2009. She is a featured speaker at conferences in the U.S. and Europe.
