We know that operations – FOH and BOH — is at the heart of your restaurants, whether you’re in the QSR, Midscale, Casual-dining, or Upscale category. Because of that, we meticulously examine all systems and procedures during an RTS assessment. We’ll assess strengths and weaknesses of front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house operations with minimal disruption. The “check-up” includes manager development, POS systems, control metrics, day-to-day operations behaviors, practices and communications.

An RTS team can also develop strategies to increase productivity, incent managers, and improve training. We can also help your team implement initiatives that you believe will increase sales and/or profits. Some examples include new equipment and FF&E specs for prototypes; menus and recipes; documentation systems for smooth concept replication; staff training; and new concept creation.
