Laura is a founding
Principal in Czar Capital, Inc. and Czar Metrics, a
data centric, state of the art, consumer insights and
analytics consultancy. Prior to forming Czar Capital,
Laura served as Chief Marketing Officer of Revenue Management
Solutions, LLC (RMS). RMS is a global econometric consulting
firm with a broad client base across all restaurant
industry segments. Consulting services include revenue
management, marketing and media mix analysis and real
estate modeling.
At RMS, Laura was
responsible for driving new business in existing channels
and the growth and development strategy for RMS as the
company launched new services and moved into international
markets and retail industries. Laura worked closely
with clients to bring the partnership together and provide
on-going marketing support and communication to client
franchisees. During her tenure, she delivered unprecedented
revenue growth by expanding the client base while also
improving operating margin, bottom line profitability
and cash flow.
Laura broke new
ground for RMS by launching and sustaining a successful
new entry into the competitive retail channel as well
as expansion of RMS into a global operation, resulting
in international offices in Paris and Singapore. Laura
helped fuel the most productive years in RMS history,
and led the growth from 17 employees to over 110.
Prior to RMS, Laura
worked for RARE Hospitality International in Atlanta
where she served as Marketing Vice President for Bugaboo
Creek Steakhouse and as Marketing Director for the Longhorn
Steakhouse chain. Prior to RARE, Laura spent her formative
hospitality years at Metromedia Restaurant Group where
she held key Marketing positions and various accounting
positions within the Steak and Ale and Bennigan's concepts.
Laura also worked with Fricks/Firestone advertising
agency and supervised the Logan's Roadhouse account,
a NRN Hot Concepts winner based in Nashville, TN.
Laura has a Bachelor's
of Business Administration degree in Marketing from
the University of Texas Arlington. She resides in Sarasota,
FL with her husband and two children.
