Daniel Lacouture
has been actively involved in the restaurant and retail
industry for a decade. He has designed and implemented
market real estate strategies, negotiated leases and
managed turn-key development for his clients in the
core U.S. metros including New York, Boston, Philadelphia,
Washington D.C., Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, Dallas, Houston,
Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Francisco and Denver. Daniel's
relationship portfolio includes publicly-traded restaurant
CEOs, premier national/international retail and mixed-use
developers, retail and office REITS, institutional real
estate holders (pension funds, university endowments,
insurance companies), private equity real estate holding
companies and major national/international hotel developers.
Most recently, Daniel concluded a three year tenure
as U.S. Director of Real Estate Development for McCormick
& Schmick's Restaurant Corp. His duties included
site selection, lease negotiations, store development
management, real estate portfolio management and financial
analysis for the publicly-traded market.
